Welcome to Liberty Bell Library Mrs. Sylvia Kinsey - Librarian
The Liberty Bell Library serves as a resource center to over 300 students and staff. Books, magazines and teaching materials are all housed in the media center. Students have access to the library every day for book exchange. Reading is encouraged through author presentations, book talking, and school-wide reading goals.
Policies - Students may borrow up to five books at a time for a one-week borrowing period.
- If students misplace a book, a note is required from parents to allow students to borrow additional books. We ask for replacement cost for lost and damaged books.
Birthday Books - The Birthday Book program at Liberty Bell is a program where students and staff are invited to donate a book to the library in honor of their birthday. A bookplate is placed in the book to recognize this donation and a special spine label also signifies that a book is a birthday book.
- Over 100 books were donated last year to the Liberty Bell Library. A special thanks to the students and staff who have supported this program.
Accelerated Reader -
The Accelerated Reader Program is part of the reading program for grade three at Liberty Bell School.
