About Me

  • Let me introduce myself:

My name is Linda Milliman and I've been an employee of Southern Lehigh School District since 2006. I currently service the following schools:  Liberty Bell Elementary School, Joseph Liberati Intermediate School, and the Southern Lehigh High School.  Prior to working for Southern Lehigh, I was employed by KidsPeace National Centers and North Penn School District  as a speech-language pathologist for 15 years.

I am a licensed, speech-language pathologist, certified reading specialist, and nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communicative Disorders from West Chester University and a Master of Education as a Reading Specialist from Kutztown University.  My Bachelor's degree (B.S.) was attained through coursework at Ithaca College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

In addition, I am a member of the following professional organizations:

    ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
    PSHA  (Pennsylvania Speech-Language- Hearing Association)
NESHAP (Northeast Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Pennsylvania)
    IDA (International Dyslexia Association)

It has been a privilege to be a part of the Southern Lehigh School District, and I look forward to many more years of helping children reach their full communication potential!
