    The role of the school nurse is to maintain a high level of health, safety, and wellness among the students and staff.  Our primary responsibility is first aid for all illnesses and injuries that occur during school hours. Other important responsibilities include maintaining student health records, performing state mandated health screenings, administering doctor prescribed medications, nursing procedures and health counseling.

Ms. Pysher received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Slippery Rock and a Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner from DeSales University.  Ms. Pysher is the full-time certified school nurse who provides health services at the high school.

Mrs. Bracalente attended Seton Hall University and Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center school of nursing.  She worked for 10 years in labor and delivery and in the school setting over 15 years.
