Throughout life there are times when we all need support emotionally. Whether we have lost a loved one, had a fight with a friend, or dealing with the everyday stresses of life. Emotions are healthy and are what make us human. Each of us has our own ways of coping with our emotions, but at times our emotions become more than we can handle on our own. These are the times it becomes important to talk to someone. That someone can be a parent, sibling, friend, or teacher. If you find you do not have someone you are comfortable talking the high school has resources for you. There are three guidance counselors and myself in the guidance office.
