Hello and Welcome! Thank you for vising my website.

Mrs. Theresa Ware: I grew up in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York (that's on Long Island). I began my educational journey at Suffolk County Community College, where I received my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. From there, I went on to Long Island University in Southampton, New York where I received a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education - Billy Joel sang at my graduation! I had a variety of teaching experiences in New York including nursery school, middle school, and teaching prevention education to students of all ages as well as to adults.  In addition, I had the unique and wonderful opportunity of running educational programs on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation. In 2002, I moved to Pennsylvania to attend Lehigh University where I received a Masters Degree in Special Education. I taught for 2 years at Centennial School of Lehigh University. I began working for Southern Lehigh in 2004 and I have taught Learning Support for grades 6-12+. Currently, I am a learning support teacher at Southern Lehigh High School.
