Athlete's Code of Conduct Forms

The athletic program at Southern Lehigh is an integral part of the total educational program. The goal is to give student-athletes the opportunity to develop their athletic skills and the qualities needed to make a positive contribution to society. Everyone involved in the Athletic Program should have a sincere belief in the value of athletics and be willing to spend the time and effort necessary to influence the lives of others in a positive way. This is only possible if our main purpose is to help student-athlete. The Southern Lehigh School District Athletic Code of Conduct shall govern all student-athletes, on and off-campus, during the time they are participating in an athletic program of the Southern Lehigh School District.
