Comprehensive Planning

The purpose of the Comprehensive Plan is to set and achieve specific goals in order to continue transforming our school to provide the highest quality learning opportunities for our students while we strive for an environment where all employees can be successful.

Critical to the planning process is facilitating a shared mission, vision and goals. Alignment is the process of reaching mutual understanding about common goals. It gives shared meaning to the work of the school district, thereby enabling successful accomplishment of the goals of the organization.

The final product is a guide and call to action for the next three years at Southern Lehigh.
