Applying for Level II Certification
Upon satisfying all three (3) requirements, you must apply for your Level II certification via the PDE's Teacher Information Management System (TIMS) website. (If you are a first-time user, you can access the TIMS website by clicking HERE.) You do not need to worry about verifying Level II requirements; once you have submitted your application, the Institution of Higher Education (IHE) where you received your post-baccalaureate credits and the institution(s) where you performed your service will receive a notification from TIMS to verify accuracy. Note you will need to pay a $125.00 fee to process your application; the Southern Lehigh SD does not reimburse this fee.
REMEMBER! It is your responsibility to maintain an active certificate. You must initiate the Level II application; neither PDE nor the Southern Lehigh SD can do it on your behalf.
