Add/Drop Course Request

Due to our virtual setting, the Add/Drop Course Request form may be completely electronically. Teacher and parent input is still required. Please follow the directions below.
- Open the Add/Drop Course Request Form below. It will prompt you to make a copy. Save this and rename it with your last name added (Ex. Add/Drop Request Form_20-21-Smith)
- Fill in the form with all of your details.
- Share this form electronically with the teacher of the class you are requesting to drop. They will complete their portion of the form.
- The teacher will then share it with one of the guidance secretaries once it is finished. They will share it with your counselor and administration to review.
