Students can request an appointment with their school counselor or our school psychologist using the form below. This form should be used for non-urgent appointments like scheduling, class changes, college questions, testing, etc.

Our counseling secretary will work with the counselors and schedule your appointment based on their availability and your needs. Once an appointment is made, you will receive a calendar notification in your spartandocs email. For virtual meetings, these will also include a Google link to the meeting.

To make sure you don't miss your meeting, make sure to set up notification reminders on your meetings in your calendar.

If your reason for contacting the counseling department is due to yourself or someone else experiencing a crisis situation such as concerns with self harm, abuse, or other urgent issues, please DO NOT utilize this form. During school hours and during the school year, please contact the counseling office or call your counselor with these concerns. If the concern is after school hours or over the weekend, please discuss the concern with your parents so they can support you.
