Mrs. Ilasi graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and obtained her school nurse certificate from Eastern University. She has previously worked at The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania, Aetna, LVHN, and Parkland SD in specialties ranging from med-surg, utilization review, case management, clinical research and school nursing.

Mrs. Bracalente attended Seton Hall University and Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center school of nursing. She worked for 10 years in labor and delivery and in the school setting over 15 years.

Incoming Grade RequirementsPer Pennsylvania State requirements:11th grade- A completed physical exam needs to be turned into the nurse. This can include a private exam, sports physical or your driver's permit physical.12th grade- A second MCV (meningococcoal congugate) vaccine is required prior to the 1st day of school to avoid exclusion. The role of the school nurse is to maintain a high level of health, safety, and wellness among the students and staff. Our primary responsibility is first aid for all illnesses and injuries that occur during school hours. Other important responsibilities include maintaining student health records, performing state mandated health screenings, administering doctor prescribed medications, nursing procedures and health counseling.
