Along with my classroom rules, there are school-wide rules we follow, called LION rules. Our students learn how to be a LION in the classroom, hallway, cafeteria, on the bus, on the playground and at special events. Each student picked a LION rule that they really want to work hard on this year and we made lion posters showing that rule.

Inside voices and manners are used.
Objects, hands and feet are kept to myself.
Nice words and actions are used to show respect.
