The directory also includes contact information for each public education institution in the Commonwealth (including public Institutions of Higher Education).

Statewide Education Data Visualization
The Pennsylvania Department of Education compiles and analyzes comprehensive data about student enrollment, graduation rates, student achievement, and professional staff qualifications/ compensation. This data has been assembled into visual aids (using Tableau) to better understand trends in the data.

Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949
The PA Public School Code, known formally as Title 24 of PA Consolidated Statutes, is the defining law that governs public schooling in the Commonwealth. The Code is a compilation of legislation passed by the Pennsylvania General Assembly since 1949 and provides school districts with direction in a variety of operations including, but not limited to, measuring student academic performance, rights and regulations relating to employment, and the reporting of school finances.

Certification Staffing Policy Guidelines
The CSPG was developed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to assist school administrators and professional staff in navigating certification requirements. The site discusses the different types of certificates available and what position(s) each certificate qualifies the holder may hold in a Pennsylvania public school district.
